“Gratitude & Grit – Recovery 108”

A yoga and meditation class for recovery and rehabilitation from addiction/self destructive/compulsive habits, is now being offered as a Community offering Tuesday evenings at Sage Hills with Mandeep.

There is an epidemic of drug dependence, mental illness and phobic conditions that are globally apparent. Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga and the Mahan Tantric, predicted this over 30 years ago and gave clear and precise Physical Exercises, Meditations, Diet, Massage and Accupuncture, that can create a Whole recovery process for the individual with profound results of strong and even permanent recovery. With this recovery you are able to re-establish your dignity, strength and connection to happiness.

Meditation techniques are now being used to alleviate many kinds of physical and mental afflictions within the modern Integrative modalities of treatment. Western medical Science acknowledges and affirms the positive effects both mentally and physically on practicioners and is even creating methods to delineate and measure all of it’s parameters.

If we are not addicted to smoking, eating, drinking or drugs, then we are subconsciously addicted to acceptance, advancement, rejection, emotional love, etc. All of these lead to insecure and neurotic behaviors, often with a feeling of mental & physical hopelessness and despair that is seemingly unbreakable.

These are 3000 year old secrets that will be revealed to you in these classes and group experiences. We will be changing the neuron patterns of the brain to affect the compulsive behavior in a positive and renewable manner. Dietary recipes and suggestions will be given to support the body’s physical recovery. Meditations and breathing patterns will be taught clearly and precisely to offer support and guidance while going about your daily lives and routines. Daily or consistent physical exercise will be encouraged – walking, swimming, or gardening, along with simple yoga exercises to maintain and build your grit and stamina so that the experience gained in class will flow into your daily life!

The Best Therapy is to Shred the Blocks that are preventing you from “Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be Holy and Just Be You!” You will have an opportunity to reconnect with your Spirit and establish your inner Gratitude of Intuitively knowing your Soul Purpose in this life.
