Allow yourself to slow the breathe and tune into the nuances of the mind with a meditation experience for all levels followed by the ancient healing capabilities of a gong bath.
The vibration of a gong is a powerful method for reducing stress. Known as a Gong Bath, the gong creates an ocean of sound that cuts through mental chatter and quickly creates a meditative state and deep relaxation, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to balance the over-amped and over-taxed sympathetic nervous system.
Typically, the sound of the gong will slow the listeners heart rate, blood pressure will drop, and the breath is restored to its natural rhythm inducing a holistic resonance in the body. The over all result is a new sense of expanded awareness and wholeness.
