Kundalini Yoga & Meditation | Davis Community Education

Kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan – the Yoga of Awareness combines specific breath, mudras, eye-focus, mantras, and postures to strengthen the nervous system while bringing balance to the body, mind, and soul. Each class is an uplifting blend of kriya (exercise sets), meditation, and restorative gong bath relaxation. All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat/blanket and any pillows, cushions, or bolsters needed for comfort while sitting/kneeling.
