Managing Stress, Reducing Anxiety, and Cultivating Strength and Vitality with Kundalini Yoga

We all have stress. In fact it is part of what makes life joyful and fulfilling and it is what keeps us strong and energetic. When stress is mixed with fear and worry, it becomes anxiety. High levels of anxiety over time damage all of our physical, emotional, and mental systems. One of the best tools to work with our stress in a positive way is to cultivate a sense of strength and vitality and to trust in ourselves that we have the ability to handle any of life’s challenges. This is a personal course including time for self-reflection and sharing. It includes homework assignments every week to help make lasting changes. We will work with ancient and modern understanding about our mental and energy systems. We will share practice together to clear out excess negativity, and work to cultivate our resilience and reserve energy. Whether you are new to yoga or a long time practitioner, we welcome you to join us on this adventure as we get to know ourselves better and work to be more healthy happy and holy. Sat Nam
About Khushbir Singh
Khushbir teaches Kundalini Yoga in the United States and worldwide. He lives in Salt Lake City Utah, and teaches regular classes there. Khushbir was born in Athens Greece, and moved to the United States at age 3. He has been teaching kundalini yoga for over 25 years. Khushbir’s specialties include breathing techniques, postural alignment, yogic philosophy, meditation, and mantra. Khushbir loves to barefoot waterski, cook, and travel widely visiting friends and practicing yoga where ever he goes. He is a Professional Land Surveyor, and also does remodeling. Khushbir is a Lead Trainer in the Kundalini Research Institute’s Aquarian Teacher Training Academy, he is Level 3 Certified as well as having KRI’s 500 hour Teacher Certification. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with a focus on the nature of consciousness. With a good background in posture, yogic lifestyle, as well as meditation, Khushbir takes yoga to the next level.
