Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan is considered the yoga of awareness and consciousness. A regular practice strengthens all the systems of the body/mind – importantly the nervous system – so you can handle and face daily life experiences and traumas with grace and radiance. It’s affects are endless – it will balance the emotions, bring neutrality to the mind, open the heart center, heal old wounds and traumas stuck in the mind/body, and raise your consciousness.
The flow of class will always be the same. We tune in with a mantra, warm up, practice a yoga set called a Kriya, rest period with a 5-11 minute long gong bath, a meditation (sometimes with a mantra) and then we close with a beautiful song. We will practice postures, pranayama, mudras, eye focus and mantras. You may walk away from class feeling lighter, more connected to your higher self and mentally stronger. Embrace something new and different – come see for yourself what this practice can do for you.

Sat Nam! I’ve been practicing and teaching for over 10 years and I would love to share these teachings with you. Kundalini Yoga facilitates three facets, mind, body and soul. This technology was taught only to royalty in India and kept secret for thousands of years. Gives me the ability to remain calm, collective, graceful and happy through these challenging times. In this series we will be practicing kriyas, meditations, breath walk, celestial communication, praanyam-breath work and enjoy a nice relaxation with the gong. We will go over each step in recovery, journal and practice each step every week. I will also create a whatsapp group and we can check in daily after we have done our 90 day mediation breaking unhealthy habits-Habitual meditation. After class we can enjoy a treat and visit ❤
