Your children will stretch & move; use the breath for centering; relax and meditate through storytelling and song. Geared toward ages 2 1/2 – 8 years, “Yoga for Children” will run on Mondays, 4:30 pm – 5ish.

Meherban has enjoyed sharing yoga with children in her home (children and grandchildren), camps, her Montessori classrooms, and 25 years teaching in SLC public schools. Meherban is continually inspired by the innate wisdom of the child.
